Rebecca and Simon O'Shea were married on Monday 31st August 2009 at Whitley Hall. Rebecca wore a gorgeous bridal gown by Mori Lee from Blushes in Sheffield and embellished it with a crystal flower made by Bernie at The Real Princess Company. Bernie also made Rebecca's jewellery for her special day. Rebecca asked us to create flowers that were big and open to reflect the full skirt of her dress and having learnt that oriental Lilies were Rebecca's favourite flower, we created a beautiful hand tied bouquet of the lovely lemon/white oriental Lilies mixed with ivory Akito Roses and hints of Eucalyptus Cinerea. Simon wore a delicate buttonhole consisting of an ivory Akito Rose with purple Lisianthus buds and Eucalyptus foliage. We finished Simon's buttonhole with a decorative wire in purple to reflect the purple used in the table centres.

Rebecca's bridesmaid carried a hand tied posy of ivory Akito Roses interspersed with white Bouvardia to contrast with her purple dress.

The ladies wore Akito Rose buttonholes finished with a pretty ivory double Freesia and mixed Eucalyptus foliages.

To reflect Rebecca's favourite colour, purple, we carried this through in the table centres with the guests' tables decorated with clear glass cubes on circular mirrors filled with ivory Akito Roses, purple Lisianthus, ivory Viviane spray Roses, lilac Freesia and mixed Eucalyptus foliages. The top table comprised one large cube filled with matching flowers and two smaller ones, each finished with a purple satin ribbon and bow.

"Just a little note to say how much we loved the wedding flowers both on the day and the whole experience. flowersforlaura.com was much more than we hoped for. You made us feel so welcome and that nothing was ever a problem. We will continue to promote you!"
